Yet Another Update?

Oh hi, it's me again!

There's 4 things that I wanted to share right now, asides from the Steam GPs Giveawar found below...

First, I thought I might share this with you, the results of both contests! Actually, the first one was quite disappointing, no one took the time to write up a review to try to earn a big loot of GPs. Oh well~ The second contest that was being held, the votes are in! It was a close vote, but the section that won for the huge update by a single vote of more was "Music of Japan". Expect to see a huge update in that section soon! In second position, it is the "Game Soundtracks" section. Don't worry, I'll be bringing forward some good stuff in that section also since the vote was really close!

Second, I just wanted to say that the albums downloads for the last remaining 4 DGEmu J-Music Compilations (11, 12, 13, and 14) are up! You can visit the DGEmu Selections section here to go select the albums of your choice: http://www.dgemu.com/forums/index.php/forum/339-dgemu-selections/

Third, I'm currently working on compiling the 15th DGEmu J-Music Compilation! Due to my busy schedule, I'm trying to squeeze many projects together, and hopefully this one will be done very soon so that you may enjoy more stuff!

Fourth, and last update for this post... This year has been a blessing for Touhou fans. Within the same year, we got 2 official Touhou games released: Touhou Project 13.5 Hopeless Masquerade and Touhou Project 14 Double Dealing Character. And this is not counting the numerous doujin games released and music from different circles! And thus, along with this update, I decided to upload 5 new Touhou albums for your listening pleasure! That is, the soundtracks of the last 3 official Touhou games released (TH13 Ten Desires, TH13.5 Hopeless Masquerade, and TH14 Double Dealing Character), and 2 awesome albums (IOSYS' Punk It! Touhou! album and Misty Rain's Kazeyomi Kagura album). I'm working on getting more of Comiket 84's music to upload, so please be patient!

Ooh Nice! I'm looking forward to checking these out later, and I'm excited for the upcoming update to the music of Japan and game soundtrack sections along with the next DGEmu J-Music Compilation. Thanks a lot Meru amazing work as always.

Oh and out of curiosity which one and/or how many of my votes did you wind up counting?

At least 2nd was the Game Soundtracks .... how close was it exactly and would my vote of made a difference? (I didn't vote see)

Participation has been extremely low for these contests, possibly because the members are away for vacation? I took very long to check them as I was busy with lots of work until yesterday when I took most of my evening to update the stuff.

Compiling was extremely short: I had like only 10 PMs, some which were dupes.
Japan gets 4, soundtracks gets 3, all the rest of the sections got 1 except for Touhou. I'm assuming it's simply because the community of Touhou didn't spread onto DGEmu, which could be understandable since we're not focused on doujin games and such.

Oh, that's ok. There's still one going for Steam, so you can participate in it to at least gain something.

The albums are all 50% off in terms of GPs cost to download. If you saved up from previous contests (possibly invested in the bank to gain more for doing nothing), then you should be able to download your favorite ones.
