Now I can, before, I had to set up the system.

I can easily place you back at 110% whenever you need to convert and then flip it toward 120% with a simple click.

Seriously? Well, it had worked before at 110% when I went to convert... Well, I don't really need to convert anything so that's no prob; I get a lot of download points just by submitting reviews all the time for DS games so that's not really a problem. What do you mean by switching back and forth though?

In actuality, once this trick is implemented, it's easy to go back and forth. It's setting it up that's difficult.

Essentially, you would need a warn level of 100 or less to convert GP-> DP. I believe...

Youch, I get that too, if you like, I can change it back if you need to convert, but did you check it since negative 100? It should have told you that since then. It can't divide by zero, your warn level is too low.
