there is, but only the small libraries surrounding the town transfer books to each other and since they pretty much all offer the same books it's not exactly useful. i'm moving to a much bigger town soon, i'll check out what they have to offer as soon as i get there.

I guess there is no connection between libraries, is there? Like, do the libraries send books to each other so that a reader can take out a book not located locally?

oh, yes. we do have libraries. the problem is that i live in a very small village surrounded by other small villages. our libraries are very poor in book quantity and usually have the same ones everywhere.

Don't they have any libraries in Canada?
