What happen to Hadel, Mononon and Ody anyway?

maybe, he is NOT the one holding the staff. maybe, another creature is holding it, maybe a lamb.

Well I know Rafiki is hunched over but he'd have to be almost next to the ground to be holding it THAT low given the estimated length of the staff. In addition, he's seen holding it near the top in the next scene so where was he before?

yep, I think the animators forgot to put rafiki, or their estimate of the size of the staff is long, they maybe thinking that rafiki is holding the staff below.

Invisible Rafiki is what I'd like to know. I have no idea why the disney animators did that. Doesn't make much sense (why refuse to draw him in an entire scene)
