Yeah we both reported him for banning at the exact same time.

Also thanks for the reports! You're really quite prompt. :) Actually you could have Flood Controlled him, using the mod utilities, then reported him in Bannings yourself. Then maybe you could ask someone to remove the adbot spam you can't reach, say in the Bannings thread or through reports. But mehh, all this is FYI. :)

Normally I like them to do that too, but I've realised that some guys will never learn. Probably if you somehow get their number and call them and holler at them till they're a crying wreck, they still won't learn. =/ With that realisation, I figured out that might as well teach those who want to learn, and help those who won't, anyways. :)

Yeah, I just wanted him to learn to post questions in the correct place before answering, he pm'ed me though. Also, mass ad spam in the PC section, too bad I can't deal with it.

Yeah. More pertinently that was made during the times when adbots were few and far between, so I could afford some leniency. But now, under the deluge of 1-2 adbots per day, I think it's time to crack down on them, at least for cases where it's obvious that no human would ever make posts like that. :)

Actually I agree with you, but when I first started out, I was looking through a bunch of random old bans + warns, and saw a few where you suspended them rather than outright banning. But I guess in those cases, they had only made 1 ad post up to the point you caught them.
