Aizen is easily the strongest character in the entire Bleach universe. Think about everyone who has ever tried to fight him. Renji was a bankai user. The kid and the fox guy were two captain level death gods. Ichigo is stronger than most captains seeing as how he beat Kenpachi and Rukia's brother. Aizen beat all of these guys in a matter of seconds. Also realize that he did it without using bankai or even really taking his opponents seriously. Another way of looking at it is that Aizen is stronger than any of the espada. Grimmjow is only the sixth strongest arrancar and he's still on the same level as Ichi. How much stronger then is Aizen compared to the main character?There are some characters who have potential to get stronger like Ichi and Kenpachi. There are other characters who's power has yet to be revealed like the old man and sandlehat. But at the moment based on whats been shown so far, Aizen is invincible.

I think Kenpachi is the strongest male Shinigami. As for female, it'd have to be Soi Fon.

Byakuya(for now) is the strongest,because of his bankai.He is like gaara in naruto,so cool.But after seeing ichigo's bankai,Ichigo became the strongest of all for me is the strongest. because he's still young and he's that strong already. compared from the other captains,they are a lot older from him and has battle experience for a very long time. Including kenpachi.

didn't they already say that it hypnotizes people and he can control what they see, which is why they say the body or w/e? or is that his shikai? i can't rememberAizen wins. Forever.It'll be like..Flawless Victory. Besides, god knows what his bankai does.
i think that Zaraki Kenpachi is the best and would completely own everyone immediately if he new his blade's name, even with the patch still on.

It has to be azien he has control over all the arrarcars and espadas, so basicly the whole hollow society. Also notice how easily Azien's men hurt Grimmjow Jeagerjaques so easily while ichigo cant even hurt the guy. But eventually i thikn ichigo will become the strongest since he is the main character...

Aizen has no competition. Maybe the old guy, which would explain why he needed the sougyoku(sp?), instead of just doing everything on his own.

hehe, dont you listen to the episodes , the strongest shiginami is blatenly the old manI think the strongest just has to be Zaraki Kenpachi. The guy beat a ban kai of another captain, without even knowing his own soul slayer's name B). I wonder if he can beat Byakuya though, but if he learn's more about his sword he'll be unbeatable

omg do u even watch this show? ichigo faught on an even level with zaraki before achieving bankai, and when he does achive bankie aizen makes ichigo go BOOM by touching his swordi bet zaraki kenpachi would kick aizens butt without even trying

Well, Kenpachi does have the eyepatch thing... I think he's strong but then, I'm not sure if he can beat Aizen without trying. Aizen has to be quite strong.

the strogest Death god in Bleach is Zaraki Kenpachi Because he can't feel most attack, it's almost like he can't feel pain.
