Yamamoto, I think edges out Aizen by a little. The others character named here are all not even close to these two. Seriously, Rukia? RUKIA? Are you ****ing kidding me?

He doesn't have Shikia either for that matter, he's tough but pretty goshdarn one-sided. I'd sure like to see how good he really is at Kido though.

Something tells me he's got nothing in that department, either. :PSo far, Zaraki's all about raw spirit power. His last fight even reveals that so far he hasn't even had any sword skills!

He's just swinging his sword amaturishly, and making up for it with his power. All he did against the 5th Espada was use a two-handed swing and look at the difference that made.So let's imagine Zaraki with elite sword skills, without the eyepatch and bells, who's made peace with his zanpakutou, knows its name and has released Bankai... @_@;

Yeah, that would be great, but I think what he said during the fight was that he had to learn Kendo, which is just basic sword technique. That's why he was making such a big deal out of using a two-handed swing, he normally fights without using even the basics of Kendo. It's like he uses his zanpakutou like a lead pipe or a sharp stick.

Also remember that the 11th division is all about power, and Kidou is frowned upon, which is why the "5th" seat hides the fact that he excels in using it.I think he's great like that. I think of it as being very specialized (just in Reiatsu) as opposed to being one-dimensional. All he has going for him is pumping out huge amounts of Reiatsu, which is what makes the prospect of him learning anything else very intriguing. I mean, come on, just learning how to swing his sword right made a huge difference, and he's survived all this time against very strong opponents. With actual extensive training, he's be a nightmare (even more so than he is already).The only problem is his personality, as throughout all his life, starting with that dangerous sector, he's always by far prefered real fights to actual practice.I really want to see Yachiru in action, because something tells me she's the strongest vice-captain. Any baby that can survive in the Sector 79 has to be something.

i would say old man yama because he was able to battle two captains without getting injured and his zanpakuto is quoted as the strongest of all. he could probably kill aizen easily with bankai.

I think the strongest just has to be Zaraki Kenpachi. The guy beat a ban kai of another captain, without even knowing his own soul slayer's name B). I wonder if he can beat Byakuya though, but if he learn's more about his sword he'll be unbeatable .

i agree with him. who knows what will happen if he discover his soul slayer's name. he's much more stronger

Zaraki Kenpachi because he's a captain without know the name of his sword nor achieving bankai and became a captain by beating a captain with bankai and as soon he learns his sword name he'll be unbeatable

Actually, it was stated to be the strongest fire-based zanpakuto, but also the strongest attack-oriented zanpakuto overall.

In my opinion. Besides Aizen, Soifon is the strongest Taichou. Her zanpakuto, Suzumebachi is small but powerful. When Soifon ' stings ' someone with Suzumebachi, It forms a hornet's crest. Should it be struck again, the opponant will die, no matter power level or anything. Not to mention, that no one can cause the hornet's crest to disappear but Soifon herself. Combined with Shunpo, she is a deadly foe.

I definitely agree that Ichigo has the potential to be the strongest, but Aizen must be the strongest one currently and when Ichigo finds a way to beat him, then Ichigo will be the strongest Death God. If only it wasn't filler right now so we can get back to the Aizen storyline....but thats getting off topic aye?
