i'm a save fanatic, so i use it quite alot. especially while playing pokemon games and harvest moon.

I use save states, but I try not to use them too much. Even though others don't think it's cheating, I think it kind of is. I usually just save right before I make a yes/no decision just so I can read all the text and go through that path or whatever and not have to play over again.

I never use them. I don't like cheating on games I havent beat yet. Now After I beat it I go crazy with it.

i use save states once in a while, when i'm stuck on a boss or something. but most of the time, i don't use save states. i don't like cheating that much, i'd rather do it the boring but honest way

well i kust use save states when i practice of a maneuver in the game that i find hard. one example is on how to control the mach bike moves and some zero sliding.

Do you mean using Shift+F(x)??? I use them so very often. Why??? Becau I love a perfect win in the first time I play a game. So cheating but it is my way!

my rom of dragonquest 1&2 for SNES freezes up all the time so I have to be saving constantly or I'd never get anywhere in the game

Depends on if i'm at a hard part I really don't want to have to redo, then I might use um alot. I usually try to stick to normal saves though.

save state is something i use every 5 min cause u never know when a boss pops out of a crack in the wall

I use them constantly when I'm playing FE, or any other SRPG. Other than that, I try not to use them as often.

I like to play games that tend to have save points very far away (don't know why, I think it's just my luck). In short, save states are my heroes...

I only use them when there's something big on the next event or I just want to see an event again and again or just to save for backup.
