I see a lot of people saying a lot of positive things about this game both on and off the net. I personally do not find it alluring. Seriously, a "keyblade"? WTF?! The disney motif was an interesting idea and all, but I just didn't feel it when playing mickey and goofy in a serious battle...I like 'em on tv, but not in my RPGs. Sorry, but it was a dud for me. More to the topic though; I would agree that it is a game well suited to both adults and children alike, even though it is kind of ridiculous at certain points.

I think it is but I don't want it to be because I like Square the way they are and not forming with other companies like they did with Disney, you see my friends younger brother wanted Kingdom Hearts 2 because they advertised it on t.v and he doesn't even know what it is.

The Kingdom Hearts series, in my eyes, is a game that combines the great gameplay that Square gives us, and the great characters we know and love from Disney. It shows us that thoes characters can hold their own if they need to, (also, it's just fun to see Mickey go all Yoda against everyone.) but still doesn't make them seem too violent. I think that this series is one for all ages.

At first I thought the game was for children because there are Disney characters in it, but I played it anyway. I finished the game and I must say, I've had a change of heart on the game. I'd say it's a good game for anyone below 25 years old.

Disney has proven that they can produce something for everyone. I love kingdom hearts & I'm far from being a child. It's a very interesting game if you really follow the story line.

all ages, but if i had to pick an age group, id say teens. The story is just a little too complex for younger kids to fully grasp.

Sure, the game itself can be enjoyed by people of all ages, but who here (that isn't under 14) wouldn't have liked the game much more WITHOUT disney characters? Honestly, if I were battling the forces of darkness, Goofy and Donald would be my LAST choices for an ally. Given the fact that Disney characters were thrown in there pretty much to 1) promote Disney stuff and 2) attract those little kids, I'd have to say that yea, It really IS a children's game.

I think that Kingdom Hearts is for all ages.My little cousin who is only 7 years of age had managed to play half of the game by himself with out walkthroughs or cheats.I who is 16 have already completed the game.my uncle who is 28 has also completed the game. So,Kingdom Hearts is not restricted by the age of people

It is for all ages although I think it would be difficult for a liitle kid still. If you have seen the final mix video at the end of KH2 Final Mix+ then you will see that it looks more like a Final Fantisy Game then a kids game. I suppose that the franchise is trying to fallow a age thing.

I actually found it to be a wide array of ages, little kids might like it because it involves disney characters and the flight to different stages is fun for kids because they are all about astronauts, and the storyline is something they cant usually comprehend so its for older ages, IMHO, kids for the childish things then again they dont really understand games, they know shoot to kill, or to be first in races and the primary objective, in RPGS they arent really excelled because if its 5 years or lower they cant really gather what most of the vocabulary is, i mean how many kids know the word "Alter" at age 5? Let alone 1-4. So yeah its a game for mostly all agesP.S I meant the vocabulary comment as one for other games like "Alter of the Moon" in world of warcraft etc.

i think it's suitable for all age group. Not too difficult for the kids to play and not too hard for the adults to master.
