I find it hard to imagine how anybody could not love Phoenix Wright really - it's wonderful. I've just finished the "Turnabout Goodbyes" level, assuming it was the final one, so was most pleased to discover there's another! And it sounds cracking, looking at the posts so far in this thread, so there's something to look forward to on my journeys to work next week...One question: when Maya was just about to leave, and you're asked to present some evidence to cheer her up, I chose the wrong thing, and she left. If I'd picked the right piece of evidence (I think I can guess what it should have been, but I won't say for the sake of spoilers), would she have stayed? I'm assuming she'd have just gone "Oh, thanks", and then left anyway... but I shall be most annoyed if I discover that I could actually have had her at my side for the final mission!

Wait wait wait, where did it get discontinued?? I'm really confused. I'm ok though, since I already have it. =)Fun game. Lots of reading, but I like how you look around for clues like an investigator, AND get to be the attorney in count. Fun fun.

hehe, that part. i cant quite rmemeber but i think u may have to go to the employees room and open the grate, to get the kid to come out, so oldbag will chase him, then u 'examine' the secruity room to get the key to get into the trailer in studio 2.im still on the samurai chapter its a fricken long one!, infact im playing it as we speak. believe me, harder stuff will come ur way

Phoenix Wright's one of the best DS games I've played. The characters are hilarious and anyway, it's been a while since I've played such an enjoyable text-based adventure game. XD

I've beat all but the last (bonus?) level and I enjoyed it thoroughly. While it doesn't take much advantage of the DS hardware, it's a smart fun game that puts writing and gameplay ahead of graphics.

You have to take into account that the first missions are taken from one of the previous Gyakuten Saiban games on the GBA, so they were just adapted to use the touch-screen, whereas the last mission is one designed specifically for the DS< hence it makes slightly better use of the hardware.Hopefully in part two we'll see more of this advancing. Can't wait myself. Nor, for that fact, can I wait to get my hands on the Orchestral soundtrack for the first game that is to be released very soon.

This game was pretty good, though some of the trials did drag on for awhile.

I recently got the game on my DS and I must say I was pretty surprised. My original thoughts on the game were "How good could a game about murder mysteries and trials be?" However once I picked it up and started playing I must say it's pretty encapsulating. The stories are interesting, the game and characters are very interactive, and the difficulty at some points can be surprising because you really have to pay attention to the witness' testimony to find a flaw in co-ordinance with the evidence you have. All in all a great game, more than worth it.
