FLCL in terms of length, but FMA in terms of it was too short, i wish there were more.

FLCL, which lasted an amazing 6 episodes, but had a production cost of 12+ episodes because of the effects they did.Fooly Cooly was mainly done as a test series to try out new techniques and such.

FLCL is the best anime that is under 10 episodes, if you ask me. The entire series may come across as completely incoherent, but it's actually a lot of fun to watch, and it's also one of those series where the ending is fanfiction fodder, which is awesome.

well to me Final approach cuz even though 12 ep there is only 12 mins per ep soo in other words it is like 6 ep in total

REC and Binchou-tan were both 9 12-minute episode series (because they shared the same airing block).

Rurouni Kenshin OVA... think it was 6 epis at most. It was pretty good though. I usually watch anime that range from 13-200+ epis.

yeah, FLCL over here too. second would be REC. if by length of each episode, it would have to be the adventures of mini-goddess though, 10 minutes each episode but lots of episodes.

Bokusatsu Tenshi Dokuro-chan ("Club-to-Death Angel Dokuro-chan" in English) had only 8 episodes but they combined 2 episodes into 1 show so really it was like there were only 4 shows to watch. that series was so much funOVA-wise I'd say "Fake." it had about 3 episodes

That would have to be FLCL, it was a great anime series to watch, but it sadly only had 6 episodes. I sometimes wonder what would the outcome be of the show if it had more episodes.

lol, im not much of a short anime fan. But Black Cat's probably the shortest ive seen and thats like 23 episodes. I heard FLCL is good, i got it on my computer, just never seen it.
