Halo 2 is the worst game ending I ever seen, however since this is PS2 board, the worst game ending probably goes to DMC2

oh man, the WORST ending anybody will ever find is in Jurassic Park for the SNES.You have to beat that whole game in one sitting, it's hard as it is, and when you get to the end, to the Helicopter Pad, it just fades to black and says "congratulations, you escaped jurassic park" END. You don't even see a helicopter, it's over like that, I loathe that game forever because of that.

That is why it is called "Bad" ending. But it's not that bad, first make a Good+ ending, then just a Good, and then make the Bad and you'll surely enjoy it better.Anyways the worst ending has to be Soul Reaver: Legacy of Kain, I mean the story was great during all the game but I hate that when you finish it it just shows "To be continue", That is terrible.Totally silent hill 1 bad ending

The ending of Marvel Vs. Capcom 2. Yeah, there's some really cool art, but it's just the credits! What the hell was the point?

The FFX-2 ending only sucked if you didn't get any of the special endings, although FFX-2 suck alltogether so, wont argue that 
but but im still thinking this has got to be the worsts ending.... ever, if you dont get the special endingsPrince of Persia: warrior withinn, i wouldn't really call it a sucky ending, it's just a cliffhanger, looking forward to the next one now.

SL: Musashi....it has no redeeming value whatsoever. They could have made the rivalry between Musashi and Cojiro so much better, or the relationship o Musashi with the maidens more intimate....sigh...totally a crappy ending.

metal gear solid to not only was i wondering wat happend to my pants as they were missing but, the ending was like wow thats .... u see the ending was so bad i couldnt insult it as if i did the entire universe would collapse on it self around my head, which would suck

FFX2 Was Tuff!the worst game ending is MGS2I loved the game, But the ending wasnt the best. But it was still good.
I'll second thatdisapointment was ffx2i dindnt like that gameperiod

The Bouncer.. takes 2-3 hours to finish and the ending sucks so much..As previously mentioned FFX-2 also had a sucky ending and i think MK: Deception rpg mode could have finished a little bit better than leaving it hanging.

Are you talking about the ending where he's sitting in his car? That ending was awesome! One of the best endings I've ever seen. It made the entire game a total play on the movie "Jacob's Ladder" My pick for worst PS2 Game ending would have to be Capcom Vs. Marvel 2. It would have taken them an extra 5 minutes to write up endings for each of those characters, but they didnt bother. It's still a great game, but it was just lazy to have all those great characters, most with a history behind them, and not bother to write a quick ending for each of them. Like someoen else mentioned already, most SF endings are just a picture with words anyway, how much extra memory or time would it have taken to do that.Worst ending in a game ever? That goes to "Out of this world" an odd SNES game. It ends with you, seemingly dead, being picked up by an ape like creature and then you fly off on a dragon like creature. I wish I was making it up... but I don't think I could make something like that up if I tried.Totally silent hill 1 bad ending

Worst ending for PS2 and I don't know if this even counts... but how DDR Max "ends"... I mean if they would have had it where you had to keep dancing and then you get an actual ending then ok.. I could do w/ that. Not some quick cut scene so you could go through and dance to a few more songs to get that cutscene yet again :-s

I think that the worst ending in a game are ones like Halo 2 that are huge cliffhangers, though I really loved Halo 2 all together
