I would rather play Smash Bros, mostly because after seven versions of the same game it gets old. I guess playing Mario Party with people from all over would be cool, but I think Smash Bros would be FAR more fun. Violence is good

Super Smash...of course! Beat people down around the world, it's what I've always wanted...It would be even better if they made the game like the anime fighter from Shonen Jump.Wii or DS something give me SSB online!!!

I still play ssbm in tournaments and I would love to see a DS installment as long as it doesn't take away from the up coming WII smash bros.

I've never liked the Mario Party franchise. The minigames were boring and it just seemed like a game that was made to cash in on the Mario franchise.As for Super Smash Bros, I'm eagerly awaiting the next game in its series! The Wii game looks awesome with Pit and MetaKnight. If there was a Nintendo DS version, that would rule so much. The game isn't all that complex to begin with, so I don't see why they haven't made a portable version yet.

I'd prefer SSB since the series needs more games. Plus, it'll add more challenges than Mario Party would if you play on wifi ^^. Mario Party would still rock but they already have one for GBA so why not SSB for the DS?

There's simply no comparison between these two games! Smash brothers all the way! I'm simply amazed that they haven't announced a SBDS game yet and I'm not sure that they ever will. I'm not too disappointed since SB wii will be online!

I think super smash bros. trumps mario party. Bare in mind the new smash bros dojo/brawl for the wii, its going to be a fantastic game. i dont think mario party can ever really grow to be honest. SSB brought a lot of revenue for the gamecube, kept it alivemon nintendo

SSB is a great, fun, imaginative game in my opinion... [And I even hate battle games] And Mario Party got boring after a while.. SSB you have plenty of ways to challenge yourself, and recieve plenty of nostalgia from playing with your old favorite characters like Link and Ness..

i chose super smash bros cuz its funand mario party does get pretty boring after a whilebut there both fun to play eventhough i like super smash bros better

Super Smash Bros all the way.i heard from a few sources that you could play as Solid Snake, Fusion Suit Samus, and Kid Link. are these true?if they are, then this will be the best game ever.

In the gamecube version, you can already play as kid link, and I think that fusion suit samus is an availible colour in gamecube, too. Solid Snake seems cool though. The coolest character ever would be the Peanut Butter Jelly Time Bananaman. He'd have moves that could whack you with a baseball bat or sing and sends music notes out to attack opponents.
