basically I was recently watching an episode of bleach and I saw this awesome pose of Ichigo and I was wondering if there is a program that I can use to snap a picture of that frame for use as a render

Screenshot. Depending on what media player you use there may be an inbuilt function to do it. The quality isn't going to be fantastic either way you do it. Unless you manage to get it open in some video editing software, then you can pull it straight out from there.

screenshot didn't work and I didn't find any built in functions to any of the players either. does anybody else have a suggestion? possiblely something that I could load the file into and go frame by frame in and pull the one i want?
