i would have to agree gta sanandreas is the best and longest ps2 game i have played

Resident Evil 4 for me. I played it through...then all the minigames. Then I played it on Pro level. Then I played it all through again. And then I still play mercenaries. I just love this game....probably my fave game ever!

i would prolly have to go with FFX or GTA: SA. GTA: vice city went by pretty quick cuz i beat that game with codes lol. FFX took me a while cuz there were some parts that were confusing and getting all the Aeons took a while

I'd definitely have to say that GTA:SA was the longest game to play if you wanted to achieve 100%. From memory I finished all the story missions and didn't even get 50% COMPLETE!

Well, the Kingdom heart series was the longest.. It beats even the hours i spent on Final Fantasy. Why?Because Final Fantasy is rather easy (but bosses are freaking hard and take hours to try and defeat) and I play Kingdom hearts over and over again, clocking it faster each time. I'm pretty happy with my KH2 Final Mix time =]

Close one between FFX and Star Ocean 3. FFX me and my bro spent decking out the entire sphere grid w/ the best spheres, and Star Ocean had the Battle Trophy system and 4d difficulty. Prolly close to 200 hrs each lol.

Definitely Dragon Quest VIII, the main game took me over 80 hours. Although if you count PS1 games as well, Dragon Warrior VII takes the cake. That is probably the longest game ever. Oh, and Final Fantasy X has kept me occupied for over 200 hours as well.
