Probably something like 4-6 hours.. I was a mess. Nothing on some of the claims on here though - Impressive!

if its a entertaining game like summon night games I say about 20 hours without food or breaks although the next day I would prob be out cold er well sick anyways no lunch, dinner ect or pody breaks

wow, with what game? thats crazy, I know Harvest Moon had me planted for a while.
This pun is absolutely amazing. I've spent many many many hours playing pokemon games without stopping, although I've never taken the time to try to figure out exactly how long I played.

When I first got Pokemon Sapphire game, I think the longest I played that game was like...10 hours in one day or something.

I did a run-through of Pokemon Yellow during a car ride. About 5.5 hours and I beat the game.
Derp this isn't a GBA game...
So probably playing Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories. I played it for about 4 hours straight.

Hmm its depends..if the game is like an RPG I could play for 6 hours non-stop, otherwise roughly is 2-3 hours a day with breaks.But in the past when I have my first GBA I could play the whole day lol

I can't tell exactly , but I'm sure that was with "The Legend of Zelda : Minish Cap". This game is really awesome.

I played for around 20 hours straight I think. I had one of those little battery packs that you could run using the house electricity so I did that with both Golden Sun and Golden Sun II: The Lost Age. I played straight through until I reached an obscene level in the Venus Lighthouse. Man was I upset when I found out that it was only one half of the whole game.

Maybe 6 hours for me. I went on a lot of road trips. I did put almost 150 hours into one of my golden sun playthroughs though

I played Pokemon for around 24 hours straight. I could tell when sleep deprivation started to kick in because my pokemon nicknames got weirder than normal.

The longest I've played a GBA game is the length of the battery span of a fresh pair batteries in the actual handheld. So, I guess that would be a couple of hours. I try not to get to obsessive with video games anymore, but I'll still pump in hours at a time on my DS until the battery needs recharging.

I've spent more than 24 hours with Final Fantasy Tactics Advance... I was making the perfect team, and grinding from the start to have Steal Ability before they were even level 5, haha.
I've logged at least 400 hours in Pokemon: Diamond, mostly breeding and hatching eggs, waiting for that Deino with near perfect IV's. Finally got it

If i remember correctly, the longest time I played a gba was ten hours or so. Fell asleep a whole day after beating that game, which name I cannot remember.

When I was younger, with GBC I would go from when I woke up till I went to sleep on weekends. Maybe at least 8 hours?

Depending on the game, I could play for around 17-18 hours. Including snack and bathroom breaks, of course. I'm in the habit of playing and eating simultaneously. Although, I don't remember any specific GBA titles that I've played for that long...
