First off, I am going to say both games are excellent but are in two completely opposite genres. It is not a good idea to try and measure their values.Halo is a good game because of the futuristic setting and it has aliens. Halo also has multiplayer battles.Gran Theft Auto is a good game because it is a game that looks similar to real life and it is a game that never really changed drastically.

halo 2 would win by a long shot, unlike gta, halo 2 has a solid multiplayer system and is playable online and can support 16 people in 1 game gta is usually a single player game with this special "feature" which allows a second player.halo 2 all the way!

This for me, is actually a very tough decision. I love both games, and I usually don't like games with guns...but both have them. I would have to say Halo. I love that game, and playing with my friends was awesome. We even wen't to a few Tournaments for the game. Both are great though.

Gta is fun at first, but halo fun at all time. Gta after u beat it it get boring. and when halo with xbox live it alway fun so i vote for halo. we should make a poll.

Halo's story isn't bad you ultimatly find out the "savior" of your enemy is a weapon that will kill all and you save everybody's butts. Halo gets my vote gta can't cut it next to Halo.

Nah my fav is GTA u jut go around town killing while halo ur pistol is overpowered or were u talkin about halo2

They are both excellent additions to anyones game shelf. I'll give the nod to Halo due to Xbox Live.
