I'm trying to make a signature but there's a problem. When I try to make the sig, there are white spots around the picture. Is there anyway for photoshop or any otehr program to get rid of the white spots?

I think I know wot u mean, the image quality has defected the image so you get the spots, use a normal eraser to get ridda them, to get rid of the big bits, use the 'Magic Eraser' if u hav Adobe Photoshop. White spots or like marks on or around the image are caused by image quality, 100% quality images do not recieve this, the more % quality, the better it is to alter it, the less, you may have to use the sharpen tool around the edges to alter it.

The magic eraser didn't work but how do you increase the quality? I have no idea where it's located.
