ok, i've never made a AIM buddy Icon before, like this Posted Image i'm just wonderin how in the world you make that, I mean, do you just use like a super small brush or the pen tool in photoshop and make it frame by frame? or is ther an easyer way? just want some tips, thx.

oh, dear oh dear oh dear. You can't alter a .gif image without making it frozen. Any GFX designer would know that.I have animagic GIF which I make moving images with, e.g. Posted Image , if need the setup file then ask me, but i dunno if you can edit each frame of the image, you just have to remove the text though.

i'm not sayen I want to edit that particular one, I'm just using that as an example, if I wanted to make that,from scratch, what would I do?

uh... ok,ud have to use my program and save every frame seperate, them alter the frames deleting the words, then put em together again, like the poem Humpty Dumpty <_<, fell off the wall and went into pieces, then the king's soldiers glued it back together. I know i dun remember it

If you zoom in you can see that it is pixelart. So make evrey frame (pixel by pixel), and then put them all together.And when you made one frame: use it for the next frame, in that way you dont have to do evreything over again.It only takes you about 5 hours for 285 simple frames:Posted Image(made all frames with paint)
