Well it depends on the game and if the game doesnt offer a save point there i use a save state so i wont have to replay it all over and lose everything

I agree with setaprabaigsio... I use em too but it does feel like cheating indeed, but I just can't help myself

I prefer to use in game saving, unless the in game save is glitchy, as it was in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon. That is the only time I use them.

Save states = cheating to me. Especially in games that exist to avoid it, like Fire Emblem.

its true that the save states are way more pratical, but i do feel like its cheating, because if the game has the save points, they exist for a reason, and if u do the bad choices its ur own fault. But of course i use save states as well, but only on exclusive cases, for example like the rarest pokemons, u only have 1 chance to catch them, so i usually use a save state in case the pokemon manages to run or to die or if i run out of pokeballs...

I mostly use save stats, because In Game Saving usually has problems everywhere. Now, if In Game Saving is allowed only in certain places or situations, I don't Stat Save when the game does not allow In Game Saving.

I only use save states in challenging parts of a game. The rest of the time I use in game saves.
