Street Fighter and Mortal Kombat are classics but Soul Calibur is definately the best fighting game ever made.

I love all three of them, but Street Fighter is definately my favorite series, simply because it was the first fighter that I ever encountered. Ah, the good old days of 199-wheneveritwas.

o come on, this is such a hard question, i prefer mortal kombat because of the fatalities, there so cool, but then again street fighter is such a classic and soul caliber, well lets just say its good

Soul Calibur 3 owns. It has a lot of characters, character creation (which MK:A does too) and weapons ofcourse.

soul calibur for me.sf and mk are classics but where there at now makes soul calibur the best for me.maybe if they combined the 3, soulfighter kombat....

Street Fighter is the original and I think it is the best. Even though the basics are the same, it plus other new elements keep the series running without getting boring. Third Strike is the best one for me simply because of the new tech system. its pretty fun to tech

mortal kombat is great, but i think there was just too much hype for armageddon for ppl to really enjoy it. expectations were just too high, and i for one definitely miss the special fatalities each character had back on snes. why cant a character have both original and make your own fatality?

I prefer Mortal Kombat. I guess I like the variety of characters and all the background and history it has to it. The graphics are awesome too! But when I was a kid, I liked Street Fighter.

I love tekken.but streeet fighter is the best in the list, soul calibur still great while the new MK is rubish.
