Hahaha, all the meat at McDonald's is really gross and tastes more or less the same. (though the new Carl Jr's ad is HOT. Anyone seen it?)

I saw it not to long ago... it really made me think about what I should eat... but I don't eat that much (our term "junk food") Other than that, it was a good movie... ^_^

I have seen the movie and I thought it was very insightful. I haven't completely cut out fast food but I have rethought what foods I should be putting in my body. Since watching it I've actually learned to reduce the amount of fast/junk food I eat and now I live a much healthier lifestyle. Since then I've also lost 30 lbs!!! I honestly did not work out or exercise much while changing my eating habits. But once I did change it, my metabolism kicked up and I was able to lose all that weight just by changing the way I eat! To the girls: I went from a size 11 jeans to a size 3! And an XL t-shirt to an XS! Anyone who hasn't watched this movie yet should and try rethinking what you put into your body.

I've only seen parts of it and yet, I still eat McDonald's without any problem...I know that eating McDonald's three times a day and super-sizing everything will make you fat. I don't need a gross documentary filming a guy eating McDonald's three times a day to convince me. On top of that, I don't eat fast food enough to affect me anyway because my parents are health nuts.

we've watched it on MANY occasions at school, for health classes, sciences classes, etc. i'm not a HUGE mcdonalds/fast food fan, i only eat when i'm in a rush (hence the name fastfood? :smoke: ) but i think the movie is a pretty neat idea, given it didn't show too many graphic details. and i LOVED the part with the fries. i love how mcdonald's fried won't rot.

I've seen it, and I liked it, and it's a low blow to fast food, made all fast food restaurants have healthy choices for food, suce as salads.

yes...I appreciate its political stand...as for the entertainment value, I think he went overboard because in reality even if you eat too much junk food it's still a choice you make so if you get fat and unhealthy, that's your problem. it started to get dull when he began his silly "diet"...I still eat at mcdonald's after watching it, after all we don't have the supersize option here :D

I saw this just the other day, actually. It was crazy how the body had such adverse reactions to the food, but even healthy foods can cause bad reactions through constant overeating.

I have and I found it.. Shocking.I'm very surprised that people even want to eat ANY fast food after that movie, but I can't blame them because I love a good cheeseburger and fries. To be honest I never thought people could be so stupid to as sue McDonalds for getting fat.. It's like thinking fried food will make you skinny. Unfortunatly people, or that young fat girl at least, thought she HAD to eat at Subways to lose weight because some random, heavy weightlosing guy said so.. One thing I'm not so surprised about is how that guy felt after eating so many burgers and drinking so much soda after an almost strict vegan diet. Kinda scary when he did the "fries" test to see how long it would take for them to turn into dust! .. Wouldn't surprise me if the McDonalds ones would still be intact :lalala:
