Pokemon is a watered down rpg. They just keep pumping them out all the while making only the smallest of changes. It's a good way to kill time if you have absolutely no other rpg to play and you want to WASTE your time repeating the same battles over and over again.

The cartoon I no longer like, but the games and Pokemon creatures in general... I'm still insanely and unhealthily obsessed with. Pokemon is one of the main reasons why I procrastinate because I'm usually prong[sp?] to doodling random little Pokemon stuffs all over my homework and everything. x_x

I used to like just about every pokemon thing out there, but now i despise the show and the cards. I still like to play the main games sometimes, but no spin-offs really.

Only the cartoon, but for me, that's been a given since episode three.I can safely say that I've weathered the worst of the overexposure-causing Pokemon craze, and I'm still quite attached to the games themselves. That I've ALWAYS loved interesting monster designs and have had an affinity for monster-raising games has helped immensely.

I never got bored of PoKéMoN, I still think it's great now. I did get bored of Nintendo's lets release a game where the idea is to catch all the PoKéMoN but in none of the games released so far can you actually accomplish this without either traveling half way accross the country to get the last one ya need or buying some other hardware etc.But as games, the PoKéMoN series are almost all gems, with basic ideas that pretty much anyone can grasp in order to play, yet with the possibility of fairly complex team & move sets. The game's stratergy & counter stratergy concept really is quite timeless.

I'll never be sick of pokemon expect for one thingthe different versions of a same serie are all alike. it would be cool if it changed a bit or a more big bit (like megaman battle network 4^^)

I started playing Pokemon 10 years ago, I have chosen Charmander. I became addicted very fast. I thought it very funny of yellow to have your stupid pikachu wiggle behind you! My favorite became Green. (Japanese only). I got stuck at one point, and I think that was one of the reasons why I began to study Japanese. Gold and Crystal were even better with the Day and Night scheme and the little walkie-talkie. And then there came for a long time nothing, and then playing it all again with Saphire und LeafGreen was much fun. I finally collected all my Pokemon in Emerald, and there it became a little bit boring, breeding for movesets, leveling up all you favorite Pokemon to level 100, trying to find someone to trade and play with. Now I'm deeply involved in game mechanics, have Pokerus whenever I want, know by heart the best movesets of my favorite pokemon, catched 3 shineys. And now there is Diamond/Pearl with 106 more Pokemon to catch. I really waited long for these games, but I'm not really sure if I will have as much fun with them as with the previous versions. I'm getting a little bit to old for Pokemon, too.
