I haven'te really gotten tired of it. There have been time when I stopped playing it for a while (for various reasons), but when I started again, it was just as fun as the first time.

I remember abandoning Pokemon at one point, do to the lack of creativity, but I'm back because now I have an emulator and can totally screw up the game. ^^

there's not much difference from one pokemon game to the next. so, yeah, the game gets annoying.

nintendo is famous for using the same franchise over and over again. they need to let some of this stuff rest for some time.the only way to stop it is not to buy it. but thats not going to happen the kids just eat it up

I know I stopped watching the show a long time ago. The first season was pretty good, but then it became awful. Pokemon was a good idea that just got spread too thin.When I was playing Pokemon Blue I really had fun.But now I can't spend 5 minutes playing it... It makes me tired...

Pokemon has become really repetitious. Still, the extra variations are a plus to be seen in newer versions.

I thought the games were fun up to the Gold and Silver games, they became too repetitive, and all they added that was interesting was new pokemon, but they always say "gotta catch em all!", but 400+ pokemon!?!? Thats insane and monotonous.

To a degree I’m sick of the franchise’s advertising tactics, granted, Nintendo’s commercials are lacking in quality as of late. Most handheld Pokemon games are great for the first few months, however, the recycled plots and systems haven’t gone unnoticed by the fans, hence the massive drop in figures between Pokemon Colosseum and Gale of Darkness.

After I got my Zapados and Blastoid both to level 95, I got tired of playing because the game got boring becasue it was so easy.

Will pokemon gets kind of tried of playing it for a while because it take a long time to level your pokemon when around level 40 and up.

I'd say that the games and the whole idea is quite good, but the other part of pokemon (toys, stickers etc.) is soooo stupid. Why do they always turn a good idea into a money-making machine?

I am gonna play emerald and then probably just go and download some RPg like tales of destiny for the psx and play that. pokemon as a series SUCKS but the games are alright.
