Do you have one/both of these consoles? What do you like about them? What is your favorite game for each?I have GCN. I like it because it's the more portable of the two. My favorite game for it is Super Smash Brothers Melee.

Well, I've had the GC for quite a while and I like it more than the PS2 with some games, but less with others, if you understand what I mean.

i have bolth i like gc cuz of the games and i like how ps2 can play dvds fave game for gc is super smash bvros melee fav for ps2 is i dunno

I own a cube and I've played someone else's PS2. I prefer the cube because I love Nintendo and all of its characters, but I like PS2 because Sony seems to license anything and everything thrown at it. My favorite game on GCN right now is probably F-Zero GX, and my favorite game on PS2 is Monster Rancher 4(?) I think. Maybe it's 9.

Gamecube is good for multiplayer games and PS2 is good for single mode.

good points for PS2 : easily hackable, lot of games...lot of games you can have when you don't pay for them....good points for NGC : few but good game, Nintendo Games, Nintendo Games....did i say that Nintendo make games for NGC ?

I only have a gamecube. I don't need a PS2 because I only see it good for PS1 RPG's.

i perfer the ps2 come on it has online play and some of the best franchises like ever GTA san andreas and MGS3 snake eater

pssst i think thats spam.Gamecube has innovative games and must have titles that made me want to buy it. Games like Metroid Prime, Viewtiful Joe, Mario Kart, Super Monkey Ball 2, etc are must haves.

Well, of course they PS2 has an advantage with its GAME LIBRARY.I mean, It can play PS2 games, Ps1 games, and with Datel's Max Drive, Sega Genesis roms.The Gamecube has an upper habd though. Even though the GCN itself has fewer games, with the GB Player or Datels better AGP, it can play GBA, GBC, and GB games. PLUS, with the e-reader's built in NES emulator and NES rom to E-reader Dta software, GCN can play NES games, as well.

I have both and i like both about the same...for PS2 my favorite games are FFX and FFX-2...for gamecube its Metroid: Prime

I have both. Personally i prefer the gamecube. I think the games are just more fun. Ps2 is good but it feels to me like ehhh.... same o' same o'.I even own twice as mush ps2 games than gamecube so that should say something.

i have both and rit enow my favorite game thats on both is spiderman 2, my fav for ps2 is the .hack series, and my favorite for gamecube is tales of symphonia

Me and my friend trade off consoles hes got a GCN and i have a PS2 -- so far i like Super Smash Bros Melee for GCN and for my PS2 i like the FF series

It's okay if you have an opinion.But IMO Grand Theft Auto sucks really bad.i perfer the ps2 come on it has online play and some of the best franchises like ever GTA san andreas and MGS3 snake eater
Also MGS III : SE and GTA5 : SA aren't even released yet. I prefer GCN, they also do not have as much fantards! :0

i dont however got many games for the GC (gonna get Tales of Symphonia as soon as its released in europe), i have FFCC for the GC and Metriod Prime.what i like about the ps2 is that its got Final Fantasy XII coming out on it ;p

I have a GCN but prefer PS2.More games and just more fun... On the other hand, I own only 4 GCN games... Boooooring... :whistle2:

I have both consoles. I like PS2 for Racing, RPG and Fighting Games. GCN is for everything else...
