I think the best games were Banjo Kazooie-Tooie, Mario 64, Mario Kart 64, Donkey Kong 64 and the Zeldas, but the best of all is by far Super Smash Brothers. Even now i keep playing that game, because if you have friends who are a real challenge to you, you can just keep playing it almost every day.

My all time favorites are Banjo Kazooie, Zelda Ocarina of Time, and Snowboard Kids 1 and 2. Too bad the DS Snowboard Kids sucks 
. Banjo Tooie, Diddy Kong Racing, Zelda Majoras Mask, Mario Kart, and any other game by Rare are all great too.

My all time favourite N64 game based on the amount I played and engjoed is either NBA Hangtime or Diddy Kong Racing. I just loved the create-a-player section for NBA Hangtime. On my main character I've played over 200 games. The wins column only goes up to 99. The character's you play are pretty wacky after a while. Also I wish there was some way to turn off quick hands, super rebound and max power for the CPU or 1 team. It's so annoying when you're playing 2 humans vs 1 human player one CPU player.I played Diddy Kong Racing quite a bit too. Completed it a fair few times and it's not as if it was a small game either. To me, personally it was a really challenging game. I remember getting stuck on that damn octopus all the time. But just the amount of course and things to do on each course really kept me playing for ages at a time.

I find that same problem, not many good games, its almost comical looking at the reviews over at n64.ign.com since how blunt they are just saying how crappy a game was. Thinking back, I remember so many games that I wanted now its seems there is only a small handfull that actually were quality. But I suppose that was the joys of 1st gen systems, the awkward gimick of every 3d and pizzpoor gameplay.Actually I thought there weren't too many good N64 games, then again... I've tried only a few. But my favorites would be Mario Tennis and Pokemon Stadium 2.

Tough decision... I don't have one favorite. My favorites (in no order) would be Banjo-Tooie, OoT, Donkey Kong 64, Jet Force Gemini, Megaman 64, Super Smash Bros., Ogre Battle 64, and Majora's mask. I've played so many awesome N64 games, but those stand out the best at the moment.
