I usually play with it on if there's no one around that would be bothered by it. For instance, if I'm at the dentist, I'd more than likely have the sound off. But at home, on the couch, the sound is on.
Do you play with the sound on or off while playing GBA games?

It all depends on the game I'm playing. If it has easy to listen to sound/music, sure I'll have it on. If not...then no.

I usually play with the sounds off. Mainly because the tone pitches are a bit off at times and can annoy me after awhile...

Most games I play I turn the sound off, would rather listen to some music instead. Never been a big fan of ingame sound and music, would rather be able to pick what I'm listening to

I usually like having the sound on but if I really hate the sounds or it slows the emulator, I'll turn it off

Off. The GBA's sound was terrible, a little better in an emulator and the khz bumped up, but still, I'd rather listen to my own music, or watch tv.

I like sounds since it adds depth to the video game roms. But sometimes when ya play online games and youre in a bush or next to a tree or something its good to turn of sounds to enjoy peace.

Normally on, but it depends If i'm somewhere quiet, or if its a game with really annoying sound *coughpacman* in which case the sounds off.

Good question well when it's a new game or when i'm in "all powerful gaming mode" i use the sound, when i'm just playing the game for fun sometime or bored sound is off though!

I amlost always need to have the music on, even if its bad music. I always want to be able to hear it, I find it very difficult to play games when I can't hear them.ON

I play with sounds on most of the times.There are times i dont want to listen to anything and turn my volume off. Playing with sounds also helps keeps me awake at times.

I don't play many gba games, only fire emblem mainly.
Unless its bothering someone else, I usually leave the sound on because I love all the cute sound effects

When i play GBA games without headphones it's in the car, usually on 5+ hour trip, so til people tell me to turnt eh sound off
