off. the sound is really irratating esp when you run it in double speed. (single speed is too slow)

I always have the sound on. I just tune it down a when i think it is too loud.

i play with the sound on because it sometimes influences the plot (Tales of phantasia at lunas tower).

it varies from game to game most GOOD RPG's have pretty decent soundtracks even on the GBA but alot of SPORTS games have horrible horrible music!

i just on't understand why anyone would play without sound. unless they're playing on a really bad emulator and the sound scratches every 5 seconds (it HAS happened to me. lousy rascal boy advance...can't play golden sun...)

I've been playing console games with the sound off since about 93 when I replaced the FF3/6 soundtrack with Rush.

Even if the soundtrack is horrible, I'd still listen to it while playing the game.. I'd just be ignoring the music.

For GBA games, I don't like the sound being on, unless it's something really cool or really funny, cool being the Golden Sun Final Level Djinn Summons, and funny being things like "Nani?! (Jap for WHAT?!" :P

I always play with the sound on. For some reason, it helps me concentrate better in the game and gets me more into it

off because most the music annoys me but sometimes I turn it on if it's okay music and the tv isn't on or whatever.
