On, I have to have some sort of sound going on, and I generaly like to hear what is going on in the game itself. Sometimes the music and such is pretty good.

I wish that I could play with the sound on. Some of these games have some really good music. Unfortunately I play someplace that technically I shouldn't be...

Well I got the GBA Sp, so I like to have the sound on. Those headphones they give you for the GBA are cheaply made, and mine didn't even work. Unless you have the really outdated GBA, there isn't a point in not having sound.

I play when the sounds are on because I easily got bored when the sounds are off.

Sometimes I play with sound on sometimes with it off.Off when listening to music, or when I was in class, or some quiet place, or so loud I can't hear anything place. AND off when I can no longer stand the sound of that poor qaulity repeating music and I have begun to hear it even when I am no longer playing the game!On when I am first playing a new game... or playing pokemon with my eyes closed.. (Yeah I really do do that.)

I usually play with it off because the music in some games is so repetitive and annoying, so i just play my own music.

I have the GBA's sound on to start with, but after a while it always gets very repetative so I end up tuning it off and listening to my own music or watching TV while playing.
