I prefer playing with the sound on. Its so much better. But, it could sometimes get annoying and distracting, lol.
I hope I get a minus (-) warning level because I really need discounts on DP Conversions/Loans...

I leave it off since I heard that it drains battery life away from it; although, apparently, that was just a rumor on the old GBC. I generally leave it on for the first third of the game but after awhile it gets repetitive anyway; put on the CD player or iPod then, hehe.

Sound is liek half of teh game for me, so I usually get my headphones and play away. Sound on ftw!

I usually turn the GBA sound off and play with my own music playing. I play the games much better then.

The only reason I pla it ith the sound off most times is 'cause my mum does'nt like the music on the games I have.

for me it depends on whats going on around me. for the most part, i keep the sound off.

It depends, sometimes if my head hurts or I'm watching tv. I turn it off. Otherwise, I keep it on.

I leave the sound off when I play the GBA port of FFVI as in it's a poor version of the SNES version's music.

i usually watch tv or listen to the radio while i play, imo better than gba sounds
