When the sound is off you miss out sometimes on clues that help you understand the game. I vote sound on.

when i play it on my GBA i turn off the sound but on my DS i play with sound half-way but when i emulate i play it full blast.

I tend to play it with the sound on...It can be annoying sometimes, but it just doesn't feel the same without a bit of sound to it =P

i usually on the sound when im playing but when the thing turns red, i off the sound.

I hate the sounds on nearly all GBA games. Also, sometimes i play without my mum knowing, so i don't want my mum to know

One detail I always look for in the games I like to download is exactly the music, and so, of course I always like to play with the sound on.

depends on the game, like Pokemons, i don't turn the sound on, because it's in-game song is boring :laugh:

I got the hang of turning off the audio. Seems that I always turn off the audio then got used to it.

Well if you mean emulator then i would keep it off. Not cause i want to but because keeping it on makes my game lag a lot. I should get that fixed if possible.

I use an emulator and my computer's speaker is broken, so I would prefer on, since I never hear any game music.

always start with the sound on ......if the music is choppy or not to my taste whakc it off and then turn on some mp3 tunes in the back ground.
