I'm normally playing in a situation where sound would be bad, as in, the back of my college lectures. Oh silly classes.

I always play with the sound on, except for older games like Pokemon R/B/Y or G/S/C or other old Gameboy games. Those are way too bleepy. But the GBA games sound good, well, most of them, and putting the sound on draws me into the game better.

Most of the time I play with the sound on, simply because it adds more depth to the game. Sometimes it can get repetative and annoying, then I turn it down or off and listen to my music, but otherwise I leave it on.

I usually play with the sound off if the sound gets too repetitive. But the first few times I usually play with sound on.

Usually I'll play it with the sound up pretty loud, but if I'm somewhere that you have to be quiet, like if I'm forced to drag along to the library or somethin', I'll turn the sound off... but as soon as I get a pair of headphones, you can forget about that!

Depends... if I play a game with boost on i turn music off and play some real music. If it's something like kingdom hearts i let the music on.
