i play on it gives the game more realistic feel to it much better, then playing without sound

i always play with my sound off because its gba... plus, there are always headphones in my ear anyway.

playing with the sound off is usually better for me because i can concentrate more, but when playing megaman battle network 1-3 i keep the sound low because i enjoy the music XD

I always play with the sound on. Typically the sound adds another element to the game. (certain types of music may influence my mood for example) granted, the gba isn't the best system for emotion-changing music but still :P

I only put it on if I'm alone, or if I really love the music. E.G. Final Fantasy Advance(s). I just can't get those themes out of my head.

Depends on what game I'm playing as with most people here. Some games have terrible sound and music, others have "high notes" so to speak (and pun intended!). The Mario Advance games and Castlevania games all have great sound and music.

i play the gba with the sounds off because it consumes more battery so i prefer playing it with the sounds off
