Kingdom Hearts 2 on proud mode was hard. i still havent beaten it.then again, it would help if i lvled up a bit...

for me, the hardest was tom clancy pandora tomorrowits so hard because u cant just go around shootin everything like most FPS games

It's a Capcom title, whatever it is. I'm going to probably give it to Maximo: Ghosts to Glory for making you have to work for every little thing.

i dont think that i have ever come across a ps2 game that i cant beat... but there are a few that are pretty dang hard i must say.

Battlestar Gallactica has its hard levels. But other than that, I really haven't found a terribly hard game on PS2. Either I'm getting a lot better, or the games are getting a lot easier.

DMC on DMD mode....I think i spent up to 150+ yellow orbs against that unmasked vergil guy....dear god that was insanely difficult....good luck to anyone who tries it, and kudos to everyone that has achieved it!

Metal gear solid 2 on shadow mode, not really a mode its kind of a guideline you set for yourself, beat the game without being seen. that was incredibly hard but i finished with good time only cuz i beat the game so many tmes before i tried this

DMC3 in Dante Must Die mode(Dante is the main character!),and there might be another difficulty level after that!

it has to be ffx-2.well i think the hardest game for me was tales of symphoniai wanted to get everything so i beat it in 80 hours or more

Star Ocean: Universe difficulty, trying to beat Freya is so hard i almost broke my ps2 joypad

DMC3, without a doubt. But it's also one of the best games that I own in my PS2 collection. Vergil 3 on Very Hard is just so damned crazy.

Well Im going to go with......... hmmmmmm Armored Core Nine Breaker, mainly because some of the tests are really hard to complete when your going for the gold.
