the xbox 360 is a very good console. the fan messing up was probably due to a hardware malfunction that, if submitted to xbox.com, will be compensated for.

it has its flaws but ive never heard of anyone who has had it broke and couldnt send it in and get it fixed by microsoft for free

Yes it is good, it as a bigger improvement than the first xbox which i did not like much. There is better graphix and hardware and is one of the best systems out there.

If money is not a factor, the 360 is a truly amazing system (when it doesn't crash), and with the (unique?) HDMI port next to the port for more common audio/video plugs, the quality can be insanely good. Trust me, FM2 in HD is defeated by nothing.It's Microsoft. It can't be perfect. But it is, by far, the best choice Microsoft has ever made. XBox LIVE could do with a lot of work though... It only barely passes as decent...I hate Microsoft for sucking so bad, but they do have a great, albeit expensive, console.

It is amazing. Graphics are smooth and basically, after I played Gears of War and Halo, I couldn't play any of my PS2 games anymore. The graphics were just that much better for the 360.

It has a lot of games and great online so get it. Either that or a Wii. Just Dont get a PS3. It has no games.

We just got a PS3 and I think it's awesome! Way more fun then our Xbox360 since our 3rd one is finally working right... I hope (Red Ring of Death 2nd time victim)The graphics are awesome, I got the MGS4 pack and love the games so far, I can even play most of my ps2 and all of my ps1 games,free internet play is an awesome edition to it's already awesome setup!Sorry I use awesome to much but that's my best way to describe it besides... BADASS!!! Oh and 80 gb of hd space is soooo badass! Wait I forgot to mention you can buy certain full games, free demos, rent movies, or even buy full movies and download them to your PS3by far my favorite system!!!But if you must choose Xbox360 I would go with elite because as far as bugs go its better or so I heard.

mine works perfectly. one thing i don't like about the ps3 is that the design isn't original, i feel it copied the wii with motion control, and other things. i hate the way you have to pay for xbox live.

For me, 360 isn't good, for two reasons... the PS legacy started way long before the Xbox series were created... and, it gets that 'Ring of Death' (As so I've watched on some vids in YouTube...), which gets the Xbox 360 to stop functioning... but then again, it has the portable hard drive, not like PS3, it is built within...
