Wynaut. Why would you give a pre-evo to a counter pokemon? To make it have different moves? Wobbofett (sp?) was fine on its own, Wynaut was a horrible idea.

Mine has to be either psyduck or Magikarp because they were basically useless untill they elvolve and that usually feels like a long time of waiting

Zubat, Bidoof, and Bibarel. I keep running into those bats in caves every five steps. As for the other two, they look ridiculous, and don't make up for it in usefulness.

Everyone keeps hating on Magikarp... I didn't like Feebas from Ruby/Sapphire. It's exactly like Magikarp, only about ten times harder to evolve! Way to exploit the tedious berry-mixing feature with a cheap copy of a monster design, Gamefreak.
