Magikarp Hands down, Only till its evolution its a worthless piece of junk. And besides him, i'd say Metapod and Kakuna, at their begging stages that is, but as they level n stuff they be stronger, then evolve, just like Magikarp.And in fact, something that starts out weak, will evolve into something stronger.

Personally I have had no luck with any bird basic normal type pokemon, IE Rata-tat, or anything to that sort.Everytime I use them they always seem to back fire, get confused, and begin to beat the living crap out of itself to near death, using attacks seemingly way stronger than the normal strength they had. Like the confusion has made them more powerful.

Hmmmm.....there are soo many different pokemon....I'd have to pick Chansy. I mean comeon....what does that thing do...carry around an egg?On the other hand Jigglypuff is interesting with it's ability to put you to sleep.

Hmm..... im not quite sure whats the worst pokemon is, but i do know the dumbest and i believe its slowpoke cause really that thing has a reaction time compared to a stick 
man but then it gets smarter when it evolves (reffering to slowking) man its strange to see something turn from stupid to smart lol.

Magikarp is kind of sucky. 
It's very weak and its only redeeming quality is that if you have the patience to train it to level 20 it evolves into Gyarados. Feebas kinda sucks too, for the same reason, although it has more variety in its attacks. I love Milotic, its evolved form, though. *hearts for eyes* It's so awesome. Beautiful AND powerful.

i used to think the dumbest monster was magikrap (not misspelled) but then i got thinking...i mean, how useful is something like caterpie? when magikrap evolves into gyrados, that takes a while but gyrados is useful. butterfree is okay for the first few gyms, but after that you can get decent monsters, so caterpie is no longer needed!

I mean would YOU be able to come up with a pokemon that is named almost exactly like a fish and looks like one too? i bet not :(Dumbest pokemon intelligence-wise is Slowpoke hahaDumbest overall as in lame has to be Plusle/Minun....like....wow. Completely lame. Theya re tiny and worthless and nobody would catch them if they werent trying to get every pokemon in the game

Magikarp is dumb for many reasons. It has no attack, horrible stats... and secondly, it evolves to gyarados, who is so ridiculously weak to electric types that there is no point using it. Only if they would make it water/dragon already, but come on... 4x weakness to thunder? really?

Ratatta. The pokemon is just way too simple, i mean we got electric mice, carp that turn into sea dragons, and elemental birds. And then there is this normal looking rat that pretty much has the same attacks as a regular rat (bite, scratch, quick attack,) all its missing is Spread Plague Attack! Anyone agree?

I think the worst is Probadly a Magikarp, because they are hard to train.though they do become quite strong when they evolve.I think the dumbest is probadly a psyduck, they seem like they areretarted, but they evolve into Golduck- who is one of my favourite water pokemon.
