the worst pokemon would probably have to be ekans. even when it evolves into arbok, it never learns any decent moves. the poisonous attack it learns is poison sting... weak by all standards. perhaps it learns acid, but still, no super poison attack even exists.

I'm not sure the name because I stopped watching pokemon, but that Fire monkey it's a starter in the newer seasons. I hate that thing, it's annoying, and a disgrace IMO

Honestly, in my opinion. most of the Diamond/Pearl Pokemon were horrible. Lack of originality in a series founded on the principle.

Yeah, I think a lot of people would agree (and has probably said), that Magikarp is the worst pokemon (until it evovles). It only learns 3 moves in its 99lv live, and you can't feed it enhancement foods...

i hate dunsparce the most out of all 490 some pokemon. it isnt interesting looking, im pretty sure the stats are subpar, it doesnt learn any special attacks and doesnt evolve! what a waste of a pokemon slot.

Unknown and Kakuna/Metapod. Even though they evolve into crap bug starters, they are useless in that stage. Unknown is just pointless, 26 Pokemon that did absolutely nothing.

Wow, what's up with all the Magikarp hate? Sure he was pretty useless but that was why I like him. Now you want a worst/dumbest Pokemon? I won't say which is dumbest, but for the worst one I'd have to say Luvdisc. It's generally bad for competitive battling and... look at it! It's a sideways heart. It probably disappears when it turns and faces you or something.

Most bug pokemon in my opinion are useless. A lot of you say Magikarp is useless until he is gyrados. Technically true, but doesn't that make him useful if he becomes one of the best pokemon in the game? bug pokemon are useful for the first 10 minutes of the game because they evolve at much lower levels than other pokemon. In the long run though, they are a complete waste of time because you could be raising a pokemon that will be 5x better than has to evolve somewhere between lvls 30-45. Please keep in mind this is my opinion, if you love bug pokemon and make them work somehow, that's great. I'll stick with others.
