Tangela. He's pretty much bad in his looks and attacks. More of an eyesore than a pokemon, but thats just me.

wobuffet: YES it has LOTS LOTS LOTS of hp but its other stats are c**p. it cant even attack on its own *tut*.

I think the dumbest pokemon would have to be magikarp because its splash attack does absolutley nothing in the game.

Magikarp if it only knows spalsh it wastes time and space lol no point for it to battle just give it exp share to tran thats only way besides teaching it moves.

I think that Psyduck, Slowpoke and Slakoth are the most dumb Pokemon, ever. Ya know why? Because they either can't walk properly and/or they just act SO STUPID!

Wow, I'd have to say Magikarp because the only move it learns is Splash and that doesn't affect the opponent but when it evolves it's okay.
