I've gotta say Meowth. That pokemon just grated my nerves: he can push through all adversities and learn how to talk, but he can't capture pikachu. Pfft.

THe dumbest pokemon is Magikarp. Magikarp is dumb because all it cud do is splash until lv ten where it learns Tackle.

i think its porygon. its like a Dimented polygon and it knows useless attacks like conversion plus it has many weaknesses like seriously who ever trains it ? I only got it for my pokedex.

I think its a toss-up between Slowpoke and Psyduck. I wouldn't say that Magikarp is dumb, just horribly weak and annoying.

I think Slowpoke is the worst, at least Magikarp has a brain.Ever watch the pokemon episode where Ash stepped on a Slowpoke's tail?It took like 5 seconds to realize what happened.Sorry, if this was already posted.There's way too many replies so I can't read them all.

i think the crators are dumb they say that they have only recently dicovered the new species of pokemon, and when they have movies and they go back in time it seems like they have already discovered them thenthat really confuses me
