I think snorlax is the dumbest of all becuz it always sleeps and does nothing else...

Meowth I know it's un heard of but he's always sitting, standing or doing stuff the wrong way that ends up to disaster and If I remember Magikarp turned on Jessie and James in the old cartoons when it evolved when James threw it in the sea and started attacking him.

Jinx and Mime.....Those two are wierd! And I think they look wierd and act wierd...Snorlax is also a good candidate for dumbest pokemon!

Magicarp is not all that dumb, it plays it's role as the extremely weak pokemone that evolves into a huge and ruthless monster... the dumbest, for me, is Jinx, what's the point of it?

there was some retarded flat striped cave-worm thing in the G/S games that I raised to level 45 waiting for it to evolve into something amazing (similar to what magikarp did). then I found out that it never evolved and threw my gameboy across the room >_<
