magicarp is a sorry excuse for a pokemon. it a fish and most of them can't swim.

I think we're all forgetting the scourge of the Poke-Mon world, and that is Wobbufet. Weak, ineffective, and not to mention completely retarded!

I haven't played Pokemon passed Gold/Silver/Crystal, so I would have to say Magicarp is the stupidest Pokemon. It takes him forever to learn Tackle, and it also takes forever for him to evolve.

Feebas. Why the hell does it take so long to catch him? Seriously, it takes like 2 hours to find it and catch it. Then you have to feed it those poffins to turn it in to a Milotic.

Heh, in case you dont know Wobbuffet is a Pokemon in the Uber tier list. It has 180 base HP and moves that counter EVERYTHING, plus, he has shadow tag so whenever he is put against someone they have no choice but to battle him and get all their attacks bounced back at them. Only wobbuffet counters are Shifters and Mixed Sweepers, which even then still puts up a hard fight/Worst pokemon = Sunkern. 180 base stats OVERALL. wowI think we're all forgetting the scourge of the Poke-Mon world, and that is Wobbufet. Definitely Magikarp. Its attack (splash) is useless on nearly all pokemon, it is hard to train and it faints easy. That said, its evolved form, Garados, is a very good pokemon, it is just hard to get.

I hate any Pokemon that doesn't look like it could possibly be a creature. Like Chingling. Or Chimecho. Whatever. I refuse to use them; to me they're filler to make more to catch in the game.

I think its Slowking. Poor jerk has to go through all that trouble to evolve, and in the end he's LESS powerful than the normal evolution.

It has one HP because it has Wonder Guard. It'd be pretty horrible if it had 300 HP and Wonder Guard, wouldn't it?shedinja because of its stupid wonder guard and its one hp
Magikarp evolves at level 20. Pop an exp share on it and go through the Elite Four once should be enough to evolve it.You people also forget there are a lot of Pokemon that can learn/start out with Splash.I'd have to say that Abomasnow has possibly the worst type combination ever.I haven't played Pokemon passed Gold/Silver/Crystal, so I would have to say Magicarp is the stupidest Pokemon. Luvdisc. I mean come on! That's the tackiest thing I ever saw! It doesn't do absolutely nothing to help out your team and wastes space, it's pokemon's version of a minnow basically. It doesn't even evolve for cryin' out loud!

The worst pokemon I can think of would have to be Ekans... its Snake backwards and isn't really a good look for a snake...The dumbest pokemon would probably be Psyduck or Slowpoke... supposbly slowpoke gets smarter when hes Slowking, but a Psyduck gets dumber... >.>;
