I would say Abra because Abra can't learn other powerful moves.

Magikarp definitely. All it does is splash and when you train it, KO.

The one I hated using the most was magikarp of course, but then he evolves into gyrados.The one I hate battling against the most is Bronzor from the Diamond/Pearl generation. So annoying.

magikarp and abra since they are the one that dont do anything until there evolution the only ability abra shows in the game or show is his teleport

metapod and kakuna in orignal ones... they just wanted the pokemons have 3 forms so they put these useless form in it

Magikarp, i was havin such a hard time tryin 2 lvl it so it can evolve, i was surprised th first time playin pokemon and i got it, cuz i wanted gyrados, i was like htf am i supposed 2 lvl this thing?!
