Probably either Magikarp or Rattata, because they were very weak in the games, and didn't do much in the show or card game either.

Magikarp, its just utterly useless. In game, it cant use surf or anything useful besides flail, and even thats not good with a magikarp

i would say feebas cus it suxs until it evolves and it takes forever to cacth and to evolve it needs to have 170 beatuy. if u fail then u have to look for another one

Argh I hate Roselia.I've never actually had one on my team, so I don't know how strong they are.But whenever I'm trying to level up my pokemon they always pop out and paralyze my pokemon without letting me escape.Then I have to run back to the stupid Pokecentre before I can level them up again.And the worst part is that they're in just about every patch of tall grass.I also really hate Zubats.They're all you ever see when you're in caves.And argh I want to punch them.

I just hate the 4th season ones like Rhyperior where they pulled the evolutions out of their butts.
