the dumbest pokemon i think is oddish. it doesn't do much. it's a weed that's it, so yeah i think oddish is the dumbest.

The Dumbest pokemon is Metapod. The only attack he can do is Harden and the way he looks is stupid.

I think it would be Magicarp, and then Slowpoke, and then a Metapod, and then Kakuna. Well these are the ones I think.

Magikarp is the lowest of the low! you have to be very lucky to even get ONE with tackle! it's awesome when it evolves, but it's pretty bad, before that!

I'd say any pokemon after Gold and Sliver. Manly because at that point it was just stupid at the amount of pokemon. I know it was so Nintendo could earn more money, but I just don't like any pokemon after Gold And Sliver.And Magikarp too...

i kinda have to agree with the people who say anything after gold/silver/crytals. those pokemon at least tried to maintain some semblance of originality. for some reason, turtwig feels like a rip off of bulbasaur.

Dunsparce and Delibird, there is just no reason to use them, they suck, they don't evolve, don't do anything special, they're just there to be caght and left abandoned in your PC

Any of the Pokemon that came out after the Gold and Silver games, after that they were just not as well designed anymore. I guess they ran out of ideas?
