...Heh, not exactly what I meant with "adding", I simply meant you should add both weights to your answer.

Ah, who cares, still correct so 3 points. And it actually made me chuckle. (I'm inclined to give you a bonus point for that but I can't really do that now, can I)

ABOUT THE QUIZ:

This is a quiz mainly about the main Pokémon games. Unless stated otherwise in the question, you don't have to consider the other games, the anime, or the manga.

If a question has not been answered for a while, I'll edit the post to add a hint to the question, so be sure to check again every now and then if you don't know the answer. I might also add another question.

As for cheating, you could of course use sites like Bulbapedia or Serebii to answer the questions (I can hardly tell you not to, right?), but keep in mind that it really is more fun to answer them with your own knowledge.

RULES:

- Follow the basic forum rules.

- Additional points can be earned by giving extra details (not unnecessary/obvious details!) in the answer. Also, some question may require several answers, earning you multiple points (if this is the case this will be mentioned in the question).

- Don't post an answer already given before by someone else

- ...unless you can improve it.

- If you changed your display name and have scored before (so you're already on the scoreboard), please inform me of this when posting another answer.

- Some questions may be trick questions!

- If you managed to find this text, add the phrase "I know your secret!" to your answer for three bonus points! Obviously, you can only do this once.

Scoreboard:

SP_: 14

Ozarukage: 7

mr.chya: 4

Broly: 2

Question #17:

This question may seem a little familiar: Do one pokéball and one lemonade cost more than one full heal?

A17: A pokeball is 200 Pokedollars. A lemonade is 300. Full heal is apparently 600, so I'd say no, they do not cost more.

Q17: Almost correct, a lemonade is actually 350 poké, but as 550 is still less than 600 the conclusion remains the same so still one point.

Also, 3 points for you, Channel! You're the first one to notice!

Question #18:

Which pokémon is said to lay a 1000-year curse on someone when this person does a certain something to this pokémon?

One point for naming the pokémon, another one for describing what causes the pokémon to lay the curse.

Sorry Channel, like I said it's a one-time bonus  :P  (maybe I should have mentioned that you can't earn the bonus again when the sentence changes)

I just changed the sentence so no one could just copy you and still get the bonus, and yes it was kind of bullshit-ish (I hate politics), but who cares, it alliterates!

...and now I have to change the sentence again *grumble*

Anyway, mr.chya is correct, though I don't think it's specifically in red and blue.

Red and blue are two of the few versions where it's actually stated in Ninetales' pokédex entry though, so I'm guessing that's why you said it.

Question #20:

A riddle I found somewhere:

I can be seen in blue or yellow but never in red.

I will really wrack your head.

My type is puzzling as it's different from what is read.

So, what pokémon is this riddle about?

It's probably not that hard to find the answer using google, but try guessing yourself.

Correct Ozarukage, the weather part is (I think) due to the fact that Shedinja faints after only one turn of sandstorm or hail.

I just don't want to look up Bulbapedia :/ And I've never played any Gen IV games past Gym 1, or at max 2. So I was thinking I'd just skip it, but heck, if no one else is answering I'll give it a try (Mind you, I have no clue if the character I'm guessing even exists)

A23: Dawn/Lucas 's mother?

EDIT: So I just got to Sandgem in a new Platinum game I recently started. Seeing as there's no mother (and I just saw the "little" before "girl"), I'll change my guess to

A23: Dawn/Lucas 's sister

Ah, typo. Yesss, tied for the lead!

Okay, so loyalty means dog, usually. So I'll say

A25: Growlithe.

Incorrect! Growlithe is indeed also known for its loyalty, but it's not the pokémon I meant.

The pokémon I have in mind goes even further. Like I said, it is even known to be willing to sacrifice its own life.

- If you managed to find this text, add the phrase "Wild cows for the win!" to your answer for three bonus points! Obviously, you can only earn this bonus once, EVEN WHEN THE SENTENCE CHANGES!

Scoreboard:

SP_: 14

Ozarukage: 14

mr.chya: 7

Channel28: 3

Broly: 2
