Despite my hatred for Pokemon I did use to play it only up to ...... Emerald I think ... can't remember .... didn't play HeartGold/SoulSilver .... any how based on the details of Gardevoir I would say it is the pokemon you are after .... as in Emerald it basically says that ....

One little giveaway: Eevee counts as one. Also don't bother naming all of them, as long as you get the number right it's fine.
