Incorrect! You may have thought of the anime, there is an episode (#602) called "King of the Forest! Tangrowth!". However as far as I could find out (I haven't seen the episode myself) this is just about a Tangrowth terrorizing a forest.

Actually, all legendary Pokemon's forms (except black and white kyurem) are called 'formes'. Forme is used for the name of the form, so while talking about any of them in general you would say 'form'.
So it is a form, but it's,name is Attack Forme.
