Firstly,you must have a relicanth and wailord in the first and last position in your party.Then goto route..er..132 or 134 or somesuch (its been a while since I played ruby =/ ) and dive in the deep.Then,when you reach a cave,enter it and goto the rock which has braile.Dive up,and then in the large room you reach,goto the last wall with the big braille inscription and read it.A door will be heard opening far away. :)Then you can find the three regis near a volcano,a cavern in some desert (near lavaridge town) and in an island on the island in route 105,near dewford.Whew,long answer =/

on each rock inside ... you had to stand at a certain position and use dig, fly or some other attack ... but what makes it hard is what attack opens what regi's door?Regi Ice = use somethingRegi Rock = use somethingRegi Steel = use something

You have to use dig, then place a wailord at the first place and a Relicanth at the last place. Finally read the inscription on the wall, a earthquake will occur and the Regis' caves will open.

In Ruby/Sapphire, they are scattered in four tows:Verdanturf: 5 contests (normal rank)Fallarbor: 5 contestes (super rank)Slateport City: 5 contests (hyper ranks)Lilycove City: 5 contests (master rank)In Emerald, all the 20 contests are held in Lilycove City.For the previous question, I misread :)But the answer are incomplete/incorrect anyway:In RUBY/SAPPHIRE, for Regice, you need no attack, the other two are correct.In EMERALD, it's totally different: Regirock=Rock Smash, Regice=nothing, Registeel=Flash.
