I'll probably still play games when I'm older, but less frequently and I doubt that I'll even be serious about them. My dads 50th b-day is tomorrow and he can't get enough of COD4 so I bought him a bluetooth mic, so who knows when people really get over games?

heck naw. it's a good way to relax, and kill stress. With action and fighting games, you can pretend to hurt the person you hate the most. When you had a bad day at work because your boss clowned you in front of everybody, when your gf cheats on you, when your homeboy owes you money. That's when you pick up the controller, and pretend those people are the people on the game. Games aren't a waste of time, it's just a good stress killer. I've been playing since I was about 3, and I'll never quit. Even when I'm married and 50, I'll continue to play them. Even teach my kids to play the current games now. I'll even buy every game they want and 2-player with them.

I in a way have already. Just too busy with life and school and work and everything. It seems that there are more important things in my life right now and video games seem to be wasting a lot of time that I could be using for better things.

I've been playing games for all of my childhood, and I still do now. So long as they stay affordable, I'll continue buying them.

Heck no, there's no reason to quit. Only if games/consoles get to expensive, which sadly they are heading that way.Think about, every new console costs more and more, first were retro hand helds at like 50, then GBA SPs at 100, then DSs at 140, then GC and XBOX which went back down to 100, then 360 at $300, then PS3 at $600. It's a nightmare.
